About me

I'm Adela Belinda Vista, but please call me Aley. I'm a final-year Mathematics student at IPB University's School of Data Science, Mathematics and Informatics, originally from Jambi and now living in Bogor.

I'm a business enthusiast at heart, and my work sits where business, community and public speaking meet: shaping go-to-market strategy for student startups, designing programs that help other students compete, and holding the stage as an MC and moderator.

    • Shaped the end-to-end go-to-market and pitch strategy that took the team to the Top 40 national finalists of the Bank Indonesia Digdaya Hackathon.
    • I lead the B2G and B2B partnership frameworks, and led primary research with 65+ candidates to prepare a 300-user closed UAT.

Adela Belinda Vista is a business enthusiast and marketer, and co-founder and CMO of Dilemma Makna, an AI talent-intelligence platform that reached the Top 40 national finalists of the Bank Indonesia Digdaya Hackathon. Before that, she led marketing at Akucuciin, a campus laundry startup that became the #1 trusted platform at IPB. She is a final-year Mathematics student at IPB University's School of Data Science, Mathematics and Informatics, where she was named Outstanding Student in 2026. Originally from Jambi and based in Bogor, she designed SENSE, a 9-month incubator for 80 students, and the curriculum of IPB's Outstanding Student College. A winner of 10+ business-case and hackathon competitions, including five first places in 2025–26, she works as an MC and moderator and cares about public speaking, business, women's rights and community development.
